Description
The Program Office Technical Support Senior will troubleshoot the Mission Planning Environment and hardware and explain solutions to users.
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To :
- Provide user support for numerous devices and maintain updated software / hardware configurations.
- Train users on mission planning and execution software applications.
- Maintain network servers and client computers with current imagery.
- Provide local and remote support for IT systems and the software associated with these systems.
- Conduct network centric system administration of user systems.
- Provide intuitive solutions for ever changing user support requests.
- Integrate enterprise communications architecture with tactical networking devices.
- Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

Security Clearance : Secret security clearance required with ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
US Citizenship : This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
