*Responsibilities*
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all items are properly cleaned and stored.
- Bus tables by clearing away dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Help with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and storage spaces.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
*Experience*
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- A background in hospitality or hotel settings can be beneficial for understanding the pace of service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
