What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tennis Pro Shop Attendant - Part-time - At least 17 years old - Mon- Thurs 8:00AM-12:00PM, Sat 8:00 AM-2:00 PM position at Sawgrass Country Club?
To assist in daily operations of the tennis facility; which includes the Pro Shop, locker rooms and outside area. This job requires selling merchandise, making court reservations and registering league players, answering telephones, taking messages, providing snack bar service and keeping the facility clean.

DUTIES
Complete accountability for member and guest satisfaction for sales and service.
Accurate inputting of all transactions through computer software system (Jonas).
Retail sales of all Pro Shop merchandise and re-stringing services.
Controlling the court reservation system.
Registering members and guests for play and check for appropriate tennis attire.
Assures the Tennis Pro shop and Locker Rooms have a clean and orderly appearance. Complete light housekeeping while on duty to ensure professional appearance of facility and Pro Shop.
Track, analyze, and report merchandise sales through Jonas Club Management Software, including monthly numbers, top selling products, and Valuation Report to see financial performance.
Display all new and current merchandise in an aesthetic, pleasing way inside the shop floor.
Efficient and accurate opening or closing of the facility.
Coordinate tennis department communication from social media, to flyers, mass emails, and Foretees announcements.
Organize and handle invoices through SAP Concur for the tennis department; properly coding and assigning invoices, as needed.
Handle daily shop operations, specifically in the afternoon, such as billing, court reservations, member inquiries, and answering phone calls.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service skills.
Retail experience is preferred.
Attention to detail.
Self-motivated
Ability to anticipate and meet member needs
