We are actively seeking a visionary and experienced Art Director to lead our talented artistic team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of creative expertise, a keen eye for design, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling in the gaming industry.
Responsibilities :
- Creative Leadership :
Provide visionary leadership to the art team, driving the artistic direction of our games and ensuring alignment with the overall creative vision of Sawhorse Productions.
Define and communicate the artistic vision of our games, ensuring a consistent and visually compelling experience for players.
Oversee the planning and execution of art-related tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, and animators, to ensure cohesive integration of art assets into the game environment.
Conduct regular reviews of art assets to maintain a high level of quality and consistency with the established artistic direction.
Qualifications :
SALARY RANGE
30 / hour - $60 / hour
LOCATION / SCHEDULE
This role can be based in the Los Angeles office or remote. This position is generally operating during West Coast hours M-F 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM.
