Our law firm is seeking a skilled and successful personal injury attorney to join our growing team and help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 2 years of successful personal injury litigation and / or trial case experience. Compensation dependent upon experience & incentive-based compensation.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
- Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
- Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system
- Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end
- Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
