We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, inventory control, and customer service.
- Build Vendor relationships and place orders based off of revolving needs
- Train and develop bar staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and optimize cost control.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for bar positions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to create drink pairings that enhance the dining experience.
Skills
