Description :
The Namekagon Transit is looking for a Part Time Weekend Transit Driver, 20 to 24 hours per week.

Requirements : Duties :
Safely operate a company vehicle to transport goods and / or passengers to their designated locations
Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
Load and unload cargo or passengers as required
Plan routes and navigate using GPS or maps to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning
Communicate with dispatch or supervisor regarding any issues or delays
Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional at all times
Requirements : Duties :
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) if required
Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility in working hours, must be able to work every other weekend.
Note : Previous experience as a driver is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
