As a Technician , you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Mazda in Irving, because you’re responsible for performing important vehicle service duties bumper-to-bumper. You’ll use your knowledge and skills to keep our guests safe on the road, follow safety procedures and regulations, and contribute to Norm Reeves location’s reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Do :
- Diagnose mechanical issues, recommended and safety-oriented, and fix them correctly the first time
- Administer multi-point inspections and warranty repairs
- Service transmissions, air-conditioning, engine mounts, timing belts, and more
- Replace radiators and head gaskets
- Deliver guests’ cars on time, every time, as promised
- Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
- Keep workstation clean at all times
- Create and maintain loyal service guest relationships
