Manufacturing Process Engineer

Saxon Aerospace is currently hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer for a growing manufacturing company in Everett, WA.

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will analyze operations, design workflows and production processes, reduce inefficiency, and ensure that final products meet the established quality standards.

Manufacturing Process Engineer Responsibilities :

• Review production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
• Design production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades.
• Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
• Develop design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
• Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.
• Improve the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects following LEAN process improvement philosophy.
• Train staff on new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
• Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

Salary : $90,000-$120,000
