Senior Epicor Administrator

Saxon Aerospace is currently hiring a Senior System Administrator for a long-term contract opportunity with a growing aerospace and defense company in Everett, WA

Estimated duration is 6 months with option to hire.

As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining computer hardware and software systems and ensuring that the company's computer and server networks run smoothly and securely.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security
• Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
• Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
• Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
• Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
• Documenting system incidents, coordinating with Epicor and / or Epicor partners for obtaining, testing and deploying resolutions.
• Reviewing and recommending implementation of system patches
• Coordinating and ensuring system upgrades are tested and deployed
• Executing any utility applications (preventive maintenance) to ensure database integrity is maintained
• Providing technical support when requested.
• Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience :

Pay : $65 / hr-$80 / hr
