Overview
Our client is seeking a Staff Engineer - Test Automation with expertise in Data, Python, and AWS to join their team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications while implementing enterprise test automation strategies with a focus on continuous integration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop technical and domain expertise and solve testing challenges.
- Research, implement, and improve testing tools and processes to enhance product quality.
- Drive standardization and adoption of test automation technologies, ensuring scalability :
- Automation tools and techniques.
- Quality practices and processes (test strategy, test case management, CI / CD, defect management, release management).
- Participate in design, code, and test case reviews to improve test coverage and overall code quality.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration testing with appropriate test coverage.
- Analyze and monitor product quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support risk management and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
