Performance Test Engineer

Title : Performance Engineer

Client : Walmart Labs

Location : hybrid schedule (Reston, VA or Bentonville, AR)

High-Level Individual Duties :

• 70% Performance Engineering
• Load / Stress / Endurance / Failover
• Chaos Testing / Resiliency
• Framework Exists à
• 30% DevOps
• Test Environment Management
• CI / CD - Jenkins / Git WMT internal tooling

Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools) :

• Gatling - Scala (can take others, but this is preferred)
• Dynatrace - again, ok with other APM tools
• Mid-level Scripting knowledge - Programmatic Descriptive

Nice-to-Haves :

• DevOps / Scripting Skills

Required Skills :

• hybrid schedule in Reston, VA or Bentonville, AR (2 days / week onsite)
• Gatling is nice to have, but not required
• Will be quick 2 step interview process
