What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ansible and Python Developer position at Saxon Global?
Overview :
- This individual will be working between two teams that have historically been java based but lately, Python work been popping up between both teams. Right now, they have a seasoned developer helping out between both teams so they would like to bring someone in asap. Bala's team has the most immediate need.
- Bala's Team :
Online Learning Management Application : this is an coursework filtered through canvas)This involved various integrations through PeopleSoft (and apps like that) which calls for a high level of data flow. The developers need assistance with this.
Course tool suit content management .
Development Methodology : Connie's team is waterfall, Bala is agile.
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools) :
If they have SQL that is ok but they need to have Postgres and / or Oracle with it.
Soft skills : Must be driven, team player, ability to speak to skills and depth of tools / technology, utility player. Must be looking for long term role / want to convert.
