BI Analyst

Analyst- Will need strong communication skills. Be able to communicate complicated concepts.

• Analyst will be giving some feedback on warehouse structures
• Should be able to track items / translate requirements
• Will be doing testing as well : unit testing / record counts
• Needs to have strong SQL skills- rolling up queries, large data sets, sourcing to ensure no duplicates. Building templates, tracking progress for project.
• Nice to have is Jira- project management or tracking progress of project experience. (They use confluence- Chalk)

They will not be writing stored procedures, but need to have critical thinking skills.

IV Process- 30 minute conversation. May ask about what to look for when doping coding / asking set of questions on SQL then expanding from there / using critical thinking skills.
