substitution Criteria : 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
Work as a Business Analyst to help lead activities required to establish new business processes and facilitate the application of new technologies to existing business processes. Produce program-related briefing slides, identify process improvement opportunities, perform quality assurance reviews of work products, write whitepapers, and perform administrative duties to support a dynamic team. Apply advanced consulting and planning or extensive technical expertise in organizational design and strategy. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
You Have :
5 years of experience with business process mapping, organizational design, and strategy
Experience with collecting information / data and implementing business processes
Experience in the management consulting field, including strategy and change management and providing support to organizational leaders and stakeholders
Experience with managing complex projects to ensure they meet client expectations and are on time, on-budget, and at the quality level expected
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cost Accounting or technical / scientific equivalent and 5 years professional experience or a total of 13 years in lieu of educationPossession of excellent oral and written communication skills
