Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Tester to join USAA’s Enterprise Compliance and Operational Risk Testing (ECORT) team. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and operational risk management policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and document compliance testing in accordance with laws and regulations.
- Identify and assess compliance and operational risks related to policies/procedures.
- Collaborate with the ECORT team to ensure timely completion of testing tasks.
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and executing test steps for compliance risk evaluation.
- Use critical thinking and project management skills to manage tasks and timelines effectively.
MUST HAVE:
- 6 years of Compliance Testing experience.
- Expertise in testing compliance with laws, regulations, and operational risks.
- Strong ability to create, review, and execute test steps for compliance risks.
- Project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Salary : $45
