What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Governance Analyst position at Saxon Global?
Top must haves :
- Someone who has worked in data governance / management space
- Familiar with Data Controls - checks the asset and element level
- Data Dictionary / Glossary work - preventative controls, etc.
- Someone who has worked in Banking / Financial Services
- Need to build relationships. How much experience do they have working with Application Business Owners (ABO)? Someone working with Technology managers
- Understand of database schemas, descriptions, etc.
- JIRA - Must update JIRA Tickets
- Excel - Pivot tables, Excel, etc. - Manipulate. (Vlookups, work in excel book, maintaining the document)
- Soft Skills - Some ABO's that can be quiet - so need to be comfortable facilitating and getting results - figure out the best framework / communication style.
