Position - End User Computing Engineer / Desktop Support
Location - Zuni, Denver, Colorado
Duration - Fulltime / Contract Positions
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
A certificate or diploma from a technical college is a typical minimum requirement, but associate and bachelor's degrees both exist in computer-related majors as well. Good communication skills are essential for this role.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Minimum 5 years Hands on experience in the EUC and specially with L2 services that includes provide hardware support for Laptops, Desktops and all other PC parts and peripherals.
- Strong windows knowledge and hands on and understanding of the Windows 10 / 7 OS and general.
Virtual Desktop Knowledge.
Prefer experienced working with ServiceNow and other ITSM tools and should understand the best practice of recording all customer transactions in incident / Request ticket worklogs.
Manager.
Provides support as trained, defined, instructed and managed by Ops Manager.
Coordinate OEMs such as Dell, HP for repairs as trained and defined by TechM.
Experience troubleshooting remote access tools (VPN) and general connectivity (LAN / WAN) issues.
Experience with Video Conferencing Solutions (Skype, WebEx etc.) or like environment.
Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix, HP Thin Client, etc.) or like environment.
Linux operating systems, etc.
