Android.

  • Basic troubleshooting skills on conferencing solutions (Audio / Visual devices)
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting.

    • Active Directory related issues

  • Experience with endpoint security tools anti-virus / firewall / patching / two-factor authentication)
