Position: eQMS Implementation Consultant
Location: Onsite, 5 days a week, Andover, MA (must be local)

Required Skills:
- Proven experience leading at least one recent eQMS implementation
- Strong understanding of quality processes and IT interfaces
- Ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful implementation of the eQMS system, ensuring proper configuration to meet organizational requirements.
- Work closely with quality teams and IT to manage dependencies and ensure smooth integration.
- Digitize and streamline paper-based processes, handling approximately 300 MCRs per month.
- Provide detailed guidance and expertise throughout the implementation, including meetings with consultants.
- Design and build a scalable global architecture to support TransMedics' expanding manufacturing footprint.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring adaptability and flexibility.
- Proactively drive the project, uniting cross-functional teams and anticipating potential challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven eQMS implementation experience with a strong grasp of quality processes and IT systems integration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including quality, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on managing complex timelines.
- Experience in building global architectures and supporting global manufacturing operations.
