HR Project Manager with Business Process Improvement / Data Analytics

Payrate : $42-45 / hr. on W2

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) :
Must have excellent data analytics skills
Strong understanding of project management principles and design thinking framework
Should have prior experience influencing business process design.
Should have an advanced level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Uses analytical behaviors to partner with departmental leaders to measure effectiveness of process, drawing insights from analytics
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) :
Experience with interaction and trend data collection, analysis, and reporting
Experience working as a consultant

Support the standardization, modernization and automation of current processes and reporting capabilities across the HR function. A successful candidate will be a critical thinker who plans and prioritizes the most effective and efficient path towards success; they are trustworthy, innovative, and willing to challenge status quo to bring creative insight into the organization. This role reports to and works closely with the Manager, Policy and Process Improvement in the ER COE.
Responsibilities :
Perform data gathering, root cause analysis, process mapping and design thinking exercises with subject matter experts to develop process improvement recommendations. Create project plans and roadmaps to guide the execution of recommendations. Identifies upstream and downstream impacts of recommendations within HR and the business.
Pull together and combine data from disparate sources to analyze and summarize into recommendations and actions.
Prioritize and implement process change requirements based on the critical project needs
Prepare communication plans and present project status updates regarding process improvements, standardization and automation efforts to leaders and various stakeholders
Partner effectively with all stakeholders to ensure clarity around priorities and maximize process efficiency through simplification and automation
Prepare and lead change management required for successful implementation of process improvements or policy changes
