Identity Access Management (IAM) - Citizen Only
Location : Wilmington, DE (onsite 3 day a week)
Duration : 12-24 mth
Rate : $55 / hr. on c2c
Requirements
- BS / BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred and 4 years of relevant experience OR
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred and 2 years of related experience
- 3 years of identity and access leadership experience required.
- Professional certifications related to Identity & Access Management such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Identity Management.
- Experience with identity and access management tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD and CyberArk, Sailpoint, Saviynt etc.
- Experience with authentication mechanisms, including multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Experience and understanding of conditional-based access as it applies to EntraID.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks, protocols, and standards (e.g., LDAP, OAuth, SAML, RBAC).
- Strong understanding of processes, procedures and systems used to accomplish the work and recognizes downstream impact on other functional areas
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Experience working with audit teams and managing certification campaigns
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in highly regulated industries
- Significant experience with git, including pull requests and github actions
- Experience with various identity management platforms and technologies
- Certifications in Sailpoint technologies, Identity Providers, Cloud, or other relevant areas
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or similar regulated environments
- Familiarity with CI / CD processes and tools
