This will be working for our financial client to perform Windows 11 In-place Upgrades for 75K Windows devices at the Bank.
- Office upgrades experience, go getter, not afraid to speak, strong work ethic, good morale, works well under pressure
- Normal day will be working closely with leads and team members, upgrading in person and virtual, updating spreadsheets as work gets done
- Some white glove treatment for high level folks where upgrading physical equipment
- No tickets in ServiceNow - They use excel to track work for this project
- 10 personal Installs a week is expectation
- Should have exp working at large organization
- Will do troubleshooting if something breaks during upgrade, once done user goes to Service Desk team for IT help
- Top Skills : Windows Upgrades exp, Worked as systems engineer and worked with developers in the past
