Provide system integration testing when needed
SailPoint user provisioning implementation
Define Monthly / Quarterly Software Release Regression Testing Process
Define Release Review Process - release notes review / analysis by MS team or Vendor Service Agreement, governance board
Data archival and historical data retrieval for tax reporting or audit purpose for the "retired" applications to get ready for decommission
DR plan (SaaS vendors) - Tier 1 / Tier2 if applicable
SAP and / or GEP FIT testing documentation if applicable
SOX determination if applicable
Manage knowledge transfer sessions and documentation handover from project team to application support team
Required Skills : -vended applicatiom support or 3rd party application support -sso ( single sign on) -good communication
