Needs them to be a jack of all trades with MicroStrategy

Needs them to be comfortable with the dossier spelling? Tool - self-service analytics - need to be able to put together a good visual quickly

Will be rapid organization and turnaround

Need them to map their own data sets and create their own metrics and be comfortable with the full development life cycle

On the visual side Gunther and Steven have weekly meetings for prioritization and efforts so they can understand what is going on from management etc., in these meetings they will work with whichever resources they have available

If they have admin skills - with securities whatever is needed for keeping the lights on

Needs to be comfortable writing basic queries - intermediate 5 years

Microstrategy versions 2021 update 10 (latest version)

Required Skills : 1. Well rounded background with MicroStrategy 5 years Wants them to overall be balanced if possible between backend, front end and admin -

• Dossier experience 2. Able to work on visualizations, dossier development, metrics analytics 3. DB analysis skills - uses oracle as the backend (will be digging into the data and queries) - needs to have 5 years working with SQL (Microstrategy doesn't put out the best 4. Needs someone who is going to be driven, self starter, takes initiative - they are not going to be hand held
