Job Description
Client is seeking an EBS Consultant that is skilled in HR, Time & Labor and Payroll.
This role will be responsible for supporting three or more EBS HRMS modules (HR, Workforce Scheduling, Time & Labor, Payroll). This is a full-time position and sit anywhere in North America.
What You'll Do :
- Responsible for collaborating with the Onshore EBS Lead to analyze and resolve functional and technical problems related to three or more of the following Oracle EBS HRMS modules (HR, Time & Labor, Workforce Scheduling, Payroll)
- Provide advisory and configuration support to meet the client's requirements when enhancements are needed. Document all application setups using the AST provided templates.
- Support EBS upgrades in the areas of three or more EBS HRMS modules (HR, Time & Labor, Workforce Scheduling, Payroll)
- Ability to understand the data touchpoints and integrations associated with the modules you are specialized.
- Manage a large volume of post-production support tickets.
- Support multiple customers across various post production support tickets
- Gain an understanding of AST Managed Services' Service Level Agreement (SLA) program.
