Position Overview: As a Mid to Senior Level Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and provide technical expertise in Salesforce with the best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications by troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements.
Create and manage Salesforce integration with other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data integration tasks.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, SOAP, and REST.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
