JOB DESCRIPTION
- Requirements : Over 12 years of SAP implementation project experience with FI / CO (GL, AP, AR, AA)
- Solid experience working with SAP Controlling modules especially Product Costing (COPC) and Profitability Analysis (COPA)
- Expert knowledge of Inter-Company Accounting
- Demonstrated experience with Material Ledger, Inventory Management and Valuated / Non-Valuated Stock
- Demonstrated ability as a team leader with extensive knowledge and understanding of SAP FICO application-based solutions; with demonstrated proficiency in multiple SAP modules, including consulting, designing, implementing, and leading significant tracks on larger projects.
- End-to-end Implementation experience in an Aerospace & Defense setting with Government FAR
- Preferences : The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, and confident, with a natural drive to exceed immediate project requirements.
- A genuine passion for transformation and standardization, combined with relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills will be key to success.
- Empowered self-starter comfortable taking lead on initiatives with an ability to effectively collaborate across workstreams.
- Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to work with and influence senior leaders.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
- Certification in SAP FI / CO, and / or other SAP Solutions (preferred but not required).
- Project Management experience with Large and Medium Sized Enterprises (preferred but not required).
- Important must haves / REQUIRED : SAP FI and CO certifications is required.
- CPAs or CA (CPA if US - CA if outside US) - prior CPA is ok
- Roles are businesspeople who went into SAP Extensive experience on implementation and speaking with VP and above.
We need solid candidates with at least 12 years of SAP experience (starting with hands on and having an ability to speak with senior VPs) who can lead and work independently.
SAP FICO and SAP Management Accounting certification REQUIRED.
