Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users.Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.Clearly identifies project stakeholders and establish customer classes, as well as their characteristics.Assists in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and / or the project team.Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.Laisions between business and IT to drive solutionsRecommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.Works with IT project Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile development practices within the organization.Facilitates and supports all scrum events : Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.Knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study and 7-10 years of progressive IT Business, Systems or Product experience.Experience with both Waterfall (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies including experience with developing requirements documents (Waterfall) and User Stories (Agile).Experience using JIRA for requirements / user story tracking.Advanced SQL querying skills including Joins, Select Statements etc.Experience with supporting requirements for API based applications.Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Tableau for reporting.Experience working with gathering requirements and supporting business needs for internal applications, 3rd party applications (Product) and external customer applications.Experience with UAT process and desire to be actively involved in UAT process.Candidates with understanding of supply chain, inventory and / or warehouse applications highly desired.ERP (such as SAP, Workday, Peoplesoft) experience strongly desired.Required Skills : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study and 7-10 years of progressive IT Business, Systems or Product experience.
