About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our IT Business Systems Delivery team and drive top-notch software solutions. As a Senior QA Automation/Manual Engineer, you will play a crucial role in advancing our software quality assurance process by working closely with development teams to formulate test strategies and craft automated and manual tests.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving the software quality assurance lifecycle within an Agile/waterfall process
- Establishing and coordinating test strategies with development/product teams
- Designing and implementing test plans and test cases
- Developing and executing automated/manual UI and functional tests
- Enhancing and maintaining automated CI flows
- Reviewing and validating UAT test results
- Troubleshooting issues in systems under test
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test
- Experience with web application testing and Continuous Integration processes
- Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (ADO, JIRA, RCLM)
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Experience with automation testing using Selenium or similar tool
- Experience with API testing using Postman or SoapUI
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
