Charter System Analyst Scope
- Needing application support experience - having some software development experience would be a plus
- Needing to understand deep level troubleshooting of applications
- Having a strong analytical mindset is key - wanting someone who understands enough about application and integration
- For example telemetry information isn't being reported correctly and figuring out why this is happening
- An example is taking tickets and working
- Agile, Waterfall, etc - doesn't matter which but a huge plus
- Production Support experience is big
- If they understand SQL this is helpful
- Splunk experience is a big plus
- Someone needs intangibles - mindset to go out and hunt down where problems are occurring and provide clear communication to senior leadership team
