Technical Business Anal yst
Location : On-site in Charlotte, NC (Tues / Thurs required)
Duration : 9-12 months
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit functional requirements, and flowcharts, modeling those requirements in an organized manner and communicating those requirements throughout the SDLC.
- Understand the data model and architecture and define data structures to enable the system functionality.
- Convert roadmap features into workable user stories
- Write clear and well-structured user stories and documentation.
- Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate project complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies
- Identify & implement process improvements to support efficiencies in the all-phase phases of the projects.
- Assist the Quality Assurance team with execution of systematic and ad-hoc test cases
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Liaison between the Business and Technology teams
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
- Manage the priorities quickly and effectively as circumstances dictate to work in an Agile framework environment
- Understanding of API development & Enterprise solutions
- Build and maintain a sprint backlog (refined at least 2 sprints out) for upcoming development
- Work with engineering and support to improve the development team's efficiency
- Strong presence with ability to interact with and influence stake holders
