Job Title: Technical Lead - Kofax

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Kofax Technical Lead to join our team in Wilmington, MA. As a key member of our Hybrid team, you will be responsible for leading technology delivery initiatives and providing leadership on business solution analysis, solution design, build, technical analysis, quality assurance, and release management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technology delivery leadership on initiatives, working in partnership with business owners and overall Project/Program Delivery Leads.
• Build and manage a technology team responsible for business solution analysis, solution design, build, technical analysis, quality assurance, and release management.
• Engage appropriate technology stakeholders to identify and drive required outcomes through effective stakeholder management.

Vendor Management:

• Provide oversight of work and costs on projects utilizing consulting companies and solution integrators.
• Responsible for managing technology third-party vendors and Statements of Work with a focus on performance, quality, and cost management.
• Provide reporting on projects.
• Hold vendors accountable for on-time deliverables.

People Management:

• Ensure the team provides realistic estimates and holds team members responsible for deliverables and timelines.
• Coach and mentor the development team throughout the SDLC.
• Help target appropriate training for the team by identifying technologies/areas in need.
• Provides guidance to others on how to make optimal use of tools to improve the performance and quality of technology delivery.
• Accountable for detailed resource plans.

Application Responsibilities:

• Oversees the execution of the technology strategy while anticipating and prioritizing impediments and technology risks.
• Identifies, analyzes, and drives resolution of project risks and issues.
• Establishes a plan for all technology deployment(s) and works with IT staff across projects to align with the integrated plan.
• Responsible for the consideration of future production support implications with a cost-effective design and quality solution.
• Works with business leaders associated with assigned projects or workstreams as needed.
