What are the responsibilities and job description for the UAT Tester position at Saxon Global?
Our client is looking to bring on a UTA Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring that end-to-end testing from the customer perspective meets user requirements and is ready for deployment by conducting thorough testing and validation processes. You will be involved in assisting with defining test cases, executing tests, documenting results, and providing feedback. The UAT Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality testing that meets user expectations.
What you'll do :
- Efficient setup and ongoing maintenance of testing environments ensure reliable and accurate results.
- Execute test cases manually and / or using automated testing tools to validate software functionality.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects found during testing, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate test results and status updates.
- Work closely with business analysts and manager to understand project requirements and user expectations.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive test plans, including defining test objectives, scope, and test cases.
- Engage end-users and stakeholders throughout the testing process to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure user acceptance of the final product.
