User Experience Researcher

Title: UI/ UX Researcher

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote, must be in 6 state footprints: (MI, OI, IN, IL, WI, KY).

Must Have:

• 3-5 years of UX Research experience
• Strong experience with wireframes is required
• Must provide a link to their online portfolio
• Proven experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to foster data-driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating cross-functionally, and bringing a voice to the users.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with UX Research

• Bachelors or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Visual Design, or similar field

• Solid understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

• Experience with unmoderated testing and prototyping tools

• Solid grasp on Human Centered Design

• Expert written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

• Portfolio demonstrating your expertise and ability to articulate your process

• Positive attitude, collaborative spirit and openness to giving and receiving feedback

Experience
