Position : Wireless Subject Matter Expert

Location : Onsite in Houston Texas

Duration : 12 month Contract

  • 5 years of experience
  • Cisco ISE & DNAC
  • Wifi6 and Use Cases Experience
  • WiFi Radios
  • Wireless Troubleshooting
  • CCNP
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with Wifi6 and its features / use cases
  • Very familiar with Cisco's enterprise wireless infrastructure ( in addition CCNP Wireless would be good)
  • Very familiar with wireless site surveys
  • Very familiar with WiFi radios and its planning
  • Can design and engineer Cisco wireless solutions for large buildings taking into considerations various environmental
  • Competent with wireless troubleshooting skills ( exposed to various tools that can help with wireless troubleshooting)

Additionally :

  • Cisco ISE & DNAC expertise desired
  • Competent in wireless troubleshooting
  • Experienced to help them setup and ensure they have the right monitoring in place with current tools and configurations to better know when issues arise before user's complain

    • Nature of need :

  • Primary need is wireless depth to augment their team - their team runs lean, managing global operations, and they need an escalation resource to help them dive deeper into issues and provide expertise on new design plans as they prepare their next generation of wireless deployments.
  • Our customer is experiencing wireless issues at their Houston campus, so it makes sense to put someone local to help in those matters (core team is out of Budapest)
