Location: McAllen
Position:
Full-Time Maintenance Technician, M-F 8 am-5 pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the property
- Maintain landscape
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents
- Ensure the property is clean and well-maintained
- Conduct inspections and identify potential issues
- Collaborate with management to improve property conditions
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Previous maintenance experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work quickly and independently
