As we expand our attorney team, we seek a results-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our high-performing Marketing & Business Development team. As a business development coordinator, the candidate will work collaboratively with the Business Development team to support the attorneys with memberships, sponsorships and events processing. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communications skills, and good project management skills. Business Development CoordinatorProcess membership renewalsResearch and prepare membership / sponsorship and event approvalsCoordinator speaking engagements by preparing materials, PPT coordination, working with the bar association, etc. Liaison between business development and marketing and concierge services as project arise. Sponsorship coordination (invites, coordination of ads, materials, etc.)Pitch / introduction / mix / lunch meeting coordinationPrepare planning documents / Monday.com boards for large scale projects and eventsMeet with membership contacts when needed. Update membership information for new hires and track attorney profiles. Review and draft monthly chamber / bar events. Special projects as assignedSkills / ExperienceMust be well-organized and detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills and maintain a positive attitude High energy and genuine enthusiasm for the subject of legal marketing and business development activities and goalsDemonstrate the ability to think tactically, anticipate needs and find solutions to overcome obstacles independently Focused and output driven, with strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentSuccessfully work with management to prioritize and adapt to changing workload demandsDemonstrated ability to communicate confidently and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization Requirements Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred, but not required1-4 years' experience is preferred in a professional services environmentAdvanced proficiency in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams Saxton & Stump offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity for professional growth.
