The Franchise team seeks a highly skilled and motivated Franchise / Corporate attorney to join as an Associate attorney in our Malvern, PA office.

- Analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and legal documents to provide accurate guidance.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Create and review contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise legal advice.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client advice.
- Participate in client meetings, and negotiations as required.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues to develop legal strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with legal trends, changes in legislation and regulations, and case law within the relevant practice areas.
- Prepare and complete filings with state regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and prosecute trademark filings.
