Saxtons River Elementary School is seeking a dynamic, solution-focused professional to join our educational community as .6 FTE School Counselor. This individual will support the academic and social/emotional development of students in grades K-4 through individual, small group, and classroom social-emotional learning lessons. In addition, this individual will effectively work as a member of a team, be responsible for the development and monitoring of Educational Support Team and 504 plans, offer consultation to teachers, and build strong relationships with families and community partners.
A Vermont educator’s license Level I or Level II with a guidance endorsement is required.
