Duties
- Perform body sculpting treatments and procedures with precision and care.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY or Millennium for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement body sculpting services.
- Engage in social media management to showcase services, promote special offers, and interact with clients online.
- Provide exceptional hospitality to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices related to body waxing, hair threading, and med spa services.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience or familiarity with salon software (MINDBODY or Millennium) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background in retail sales is a plus, helping to enhance the client experience through product recommendations.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is highly valued.
- Knowledge of body waxing and hair threading techniques is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
- A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a desire to learn new skills related to body sculpting.

Pay: $22.90 - $27.58 per hour
