Payroll Manager
Are you a collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized Payroll Manager with union experience? Our client is seeking a Payroll Manager to own the payroll process and serve as the main point of contact for the designated companies. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and growing environment while reporting directly to the Payroll Director.

Key Responsibilities :
Process and validate weekly payrolls
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
Manage union payroll and monthly reporting
Handle multi-state payroll processing
Address employee payroll concerns and provide timely resolutions
Maintain and improve payroll processes and procedures
Work with payroll providers on tax accounts, audits, and reconciliations
Serve as a back-up for multi-company payrolls and support year-end / W-2 processes.
What We’re Looking For :
5 years of payroll processing experience (certified payroll processing a plus)
Union payroll experience required
Strong knowledge of payroll functions, compliance, and tax regulations
Multi-state payroll experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Payroll and ERP systems
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Work onsite with some flexibility
