Team SAYO (Say Operations) is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Delivery Associates. As a Delivery Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring packages are delivered to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of SAYO as you deliver packages to homes (houses, apartments, and multi- family units) and businesses. This is a fast-paced and very physical job; working up to 10 hours a day. This requires determination, stamina, excellent driving skills, and the ability to work independently.

You will have the opportunity to work with a reputable Delivery Service Partner (DSP). If you are driven, like to take pride in the work you do, and enjoy physical labor then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

Deliver the correct packages to the correct customers in a timely manner
Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition
Adhere to safety procedures and traffic laws while on the road
Use company-provided technology to efficiently deliver packages
Provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet delivery goals
Follow protocol at all times
Work in all weather conditions - heat, cold, rain, snow
Handle stress well
Take constructive criticism with a willingness to excel at your job
Have a positive attitude
Show professionalism and respect to others while on the job

Delivery Driver Requirements

Be at least 21 years old

Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Own your own reliable transportation and working cell phone

Work at least one weekend day

Ability to be on the move non-stop for up to 10 hours each work day

Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds

Prior experience in delivery or logistics preferred, but not required

Excellent navigational skills

Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

Desire to be the best you can be at your job

Must read and comprehend English

4 on - 3 off work week schedule
