Shoreline Car Dealership looking for a Parts Department Consultant to start ASAP!
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Weekends as Needed **Hours can be flexible
Position Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and messages professionally
- Basic understanding of automobiles and how they operate
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a dealership environment
- Utilize organizational skills to manage dealership paperwork efficiently
- Ability to read and understand parts catalogs, along with deciphering diagrams to determine parts needed for jobs
- Parts experience is recommended
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and purchases
- Locating and pricing out parts for Technicians for jobs within the Service Dept.
- Communicating with the Technicians and Service Dept. to guarantee the correct parts are being looked up and ordered
- Delivering parts when necessary
- Maintain accurate inventory control and assist with restocking products
- Occasionally assisting Techs in the shop when an extra hand is needed
