Duties
- Oversee daily operations and manage shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and support to team members.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions using cash registers and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies that drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role, such as Assistant Manager or Supervisor, is preferred.
- Strong background in sales management with proven success in achieving targets.
- Proficiency in math skills for handling transactions and managing budgets.
- Familiarity with wireless sales products and services is a plus.
- Experience with recruiting processes and team development is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage pricing discussions with customers.
