Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing information about services, pricing and order status.
- Schedule and track customer orders, ensuring timely communication between customers and production staff.
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and maintaining financial records.
- Handle walk-in orders and process payments.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
