Location: Sayre, PA
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Job Overview
The Director of Nursing (DON) plays a crucial role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Duties

- Conduct regular documentation reviews to maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate patient records.
- Manage the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments to ensure appropriate care planning for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor quality assurance programs and implement improvements based on findings.
- Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering professional development and enhancing leadership skills.
