Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding hospitality, ensuring that each customer feels welcomed and valued. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout the shift.
- Sanitate utensils, glassware, and service equipment as required.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong culinary knowledge with an understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Excellent math skills for handling cash register transactions and managing bills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
