Vehicle Setup Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include explaining vehicle technology to customers, assisting them in downloading phone apps, greeting customers, and following up with customers about their experience.  Evenings and weekends a must! Bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities

• Review vehicle technology features with new customers

• Capture images and post on social media

• Show customers how to leave online reviews

• Customer phone follow up

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers

• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams

• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality

• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment

• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
