- Provide top-notch care to residents in our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit, delivering high-quality patient care with attention to detail.
- Offer resident and family education to promote understanding and support.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, NPs, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to maintain exceptional standards of care.
